Navigating the Bidding Screen
When you log into your WARP App, the bidding screen will be the first thing you see. This screen displays all available routes across our platform, from coast to coast. Before applying filters, let’s break down the details you’ll see.
Each route listing provides the following details at a glance:
|
Now, let's go over the icons on the top right hand corner.
The magnifying glass icon lets you search for a specific Route ID.
|
If you’re looking for a route you noticed earlier, simply type the 8-digit Route ID into the search bar. If the route is still available, you’ll be directed to it instantly. |
To the right of the magnifying glass is your Filter button.
|
When you click the icon, you'll see a list of filters you've saved in the past, allowing you to quickly cycle through your most common searches. This is a great way to save time when you're repeatedly searching for similar routes or criteria. By selecting a saved filter, you can instantly see what's available that matches your usual preferences.
Alternatively, you can choose to create a new Custom filter tailored to your current needs. This flexibility gives you the ability to quickly adjust your search criteria without having to manually enter the same details over and over again. |
Let's click Custom. Here, you'll be able to:
|
|
|
At the top right, you’ll see the Advanced Search Toggle.
|
To the right of the filter button is the refresh icon.
This button allows you to quickly refresh the app and route the most up-to-date, accurate route information. By clicking the refresh icon, you ensure that you're seeing the latest available routes, without any outdated or expired listings.
Placing a Bid
Now that we’ve covered how to navigate the tools and functions of the app, let’s bid on your first route.
Keep in mind that bidding and negotiations can also be handled via email. For more information on this process, click here.
In the steps below, we’ll focus specifically on placing a bid through the WARP App.
Viewing Additional Details
Once you've identified the route you're interested in, select View to bring up the full details.
When viewing a route, you’ll have access to all previously provided details, plus:
-
- Stop Pickup and Drop-Off Locations: The exact cities for each stop along the route.
- Pickup and Delivery Time Windows: Critical timing details to help you plan your schedule effectively.
Here are two examples. One with 2 stops and one with 3 stops.
If you are unable to complete the route, use the Refuse function.
Select the hand icon located in the bottom left corner to Refuse the route and select your reasoning out of the options provided. This should only be used when you are absolutely certain you cannot complete the route.
If you are capable of completing the route, we encourage you to submit your most competitive bid, regardless of the listed base price. Competitive bidding increases your chances of securing the route and building a strong presence on the platform
Select Place Bid to initiate the bidding process.
After selecting Place Bid, you will be prompted to enter your most competitive bid for the route. Once you’ve entered your bid amount, click Place Bid again to submit it.

You can accept the load tender directly through the email or conveniently via the app.

- Choose Assign Driver and select the driver you'd like to attach to the route.
- Finalize the assignment by pressing the Assign button in the top right corner.
