2. Login using the credentials you applied with
3. If you don't remember your password; select "Forgot your password" and follow the on-screen instructions

Carrier Portal Home Screen

When you log in, you'll see our active load board. To customize your experience. please enter your service coverage area and equipment type.
To do that, let's head to the Settings.

Carrier Portal Settings

This is where you can upload important documents, reset your password, edit your bank details, and more. This is where customizing your experience begins.
Let's start with you Profile.

 

Go to settings and select Profile.

Here you will be able to update your company information, upload renewed documentation, add additional contacts, and add any essential credentials.

Company Profile

• All of your essential company information will be listed here.

Documents

Once your insurance expires, you will not be able to bid on routes on our platform. To avoid interruptions, upload your most updated insurance documents here. We accept a copy of your Certificate of Insurance or the declarations page detailing your specific insurance coverage

• Select Upload File and upload your documents into the relevant section.

Additional Contacts

Need to add a dispatchers contact info? How about a regional manager? Add the contact info for the relevant people on your team.

• Click Add Contact to add additional team members contact info.

• Any essential credentials should be updated here
