Updating Your Fleet & Adding Drivers

When you win a bid, our system will prompt you to assign a vehicle from your fleet and select the driver for the route. While you can always add these later, having your team ready for assignments in advance ensures a smooth and efficient process.

Adding Vehicles to your Fleet

Open settings and select Fleet

Here you can select or deselect the equipment available in your fleet. Your selections determine the routes you can bid on and complete. Ensure this information is accurate as you won't be able to complete a route if the equipment is not listed in your fleet.

You can always revisit this section as your fleet expands.

Adding Drivers

On the left side of the screen, select Drivers.

Select Add Driver & add their information.

When it's time for them to login to the app in order to complete their route, they will use their phone number and receive a one time code via text to log in.
