Adjusting Available Load Notifications

Open your settings and select Power Lanes & States

Service Coverage Area

We need to know your service coverage area so we can notify you of relevant loads.

Select +Add Area

On the next page, select the area on the map that you are looking to service and press continue.

This will not affect your Load Board; it only impacts your notifications.

Note:

When you accept and complete a route on our platform, the pickup and destination locations will automatically be added as customer service zones in your profile.
This ensures you receive notifications for similar opportunities in those areas keeping you in the loop for routes that match your preferences.
