Parcel Route: Payment Information (Local Retailers: Walmart, Sam's Club, Home Depot, At Home etc.)

Congratulations! You completed a load! Some of our loads require an invoice, while others don't. This is easy to identify in our Carrier Portal.

First select My Loads then open the Completed section.

Here is a history of all of your completed loads. We have 3 types of loads in our system:

Full Truckload | Less Than Truckload | Parcel

Parcel Payment Process

For Parcels, ACHs are automatically processed on Friday mornings for same day deposit.

WARP will process payments Friday morning and depending on your bank you will receive it by end of day Friday or shortly after.

The Payment Period is from the prior Friday to Thursday for all completed parcel loads in our platform.

Example: 

You complete 5 loads across the following dates:

Oct 4, 2024 | Oct 8 2024 | Oct 10, 2024 | Oct 11, 2024 | Oct 12, 2024

Payment will be processed and sent by WARP on October 11th, 2024 for loads completed from October 4th, 2024 - October 10, 2024

Payment will be processed and sent on October 18th, 2024 for the loads completed on October 11th, 2024 & October 12, 2024

To ensure you're paid:

1. Add your bank information into the payment section of the Carrier Portal

2. Upload your POD's as you complete the route
   Click here o learn how to properly capture a POD.
3. Make sure the order is marked as complete in the app

Note: For Parcel loads, your bank will receive the deposit from Colony Logistics
