To ensure seamless operations and provide the best service to our customers, live tracking is mandatory for all routes completed through our platform.
Any route completed without location services enabled on the driver’s phone will incur a 10% deduction from the route payment, capped at $100 per route.
How to avoid deductions:

Ensure your driver’s location services are enabled and active while completing the route.

Confirm they log into the WARP App and start the route as soon as they’re en route to the first stop.
- Your driver should not log out or close the app until the route is complete. It's okay to swipe the app away as long as it's still running in the background until the route is complete.
